Shipping Policy

Ian James Spirits is a Dripping Springs Texas and as such is relegated to local pick up ONLY in the Texas Hill Country area. The shipping is by appointment and pickup only. our primary customer is local drinking and restaurant establishments currently. We offer an online order and pickup and word or mouth referrals at the moment.

We are actively seeking a distributor of our products. Please use the Come See Us button to arrange a pick up or a tour.

Return & Exchange Policy

Since Ian James is a Small Batch Distillery of Spirits we have not had ANYONE return our product; however, should anyone find that our spirits is not to their liking please return the unused portion - NOT an empty bottle - to our mailing address identified in the contact us section and we will gladly refund the cost of the product less shipping. Also as part of the return please indicate what was undesirable about the product.
