Ian's Blue Agave Spirit is meticulously crafted with Agave Nectar obtained from farms in Jalisco, Mexico through a local Texas Distributor. The selection of this Nectar was based on its cooking and preparation process.
Although not Tequila, it provides a velvety, full-bodied option to Tequila by utilizing the same sugars.
To ferment the sugars, a combination of yeasts is used, and the fermentation process is followed by distillation before all the sugars are fermented. This allows us to emphasize those sugars during the distillation process. Only filtered water is added after distillation.

Blue Agave Paloma
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 ounces Blue Agave Spirit
1 1/2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
3/4-ounce fresh lime juice
1/4-ounce agave nectar

METHOD:
Mix Blue Agave with grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave Shake and pour into a salted (half-moon style) Collins glass
Blue Agave Mystic Marvel
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz Blue Agave Spirit
1 oz prickly pear purée
.75 oz agave
.75 oz lime juice

METHOD:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with a salt rim and lime.
