  • What is shipping costs
    The shipping of any spirit is limited to Texas only, and that said we have a way to seal and send product by box or package with in local Texas ONLY, prefer local pickup.
  • Where does Ian James Ship to
    Currently Ian James is not affiliated with any distributors so our range is limited to pick up only at this time - check back often as things change quickly.
  • How can I get samples?
    Samples can be obtained through the ordering process, stopping in for a tour appointment, helping with bottling - hit us up in contact us about bottling dates and times? We have some samples that are prepackaged just let us know when you want to stop by. Anyone stopping by without an appoint may be turned away it depends on what is happening at that time since we are small and space is limited.
  • When will there be bottling events
    When bottling increases there will be an event added to the calendar option at checkout so you can find an available opening to come out and help bottle product.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • How do I know your product is as good as it says
    The way to know our product is as good as it says is: look at the customer feedback Check the samples / pick up / tour events for taste testing review the return policy
